Annie’s Peak provides its customers with a smooth and hassle-free shipping experience. We use trusted and reliable courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery of your order.

Shipping Rates on Prepaid and COD Orders

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above INR 249 within India. For orders below INR 249 (unless mentioned otherwise), a shipping charge of INR 99 will be applicable.
All COD (cash on delivery) orders are charged an INR 59 Convenience Fee in addition to any shipping charge, applicable on orders below INR 249. This fee is charged to provide you with the convenience of paying for orders at your doorstep.

Shipping Time

We generally process and dispatch orders within two business days barring unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or natural disasters; and excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and State, National, and religious holidays. We email you a tracking number upon dispatch to track your shipment.
Deliveries are made within 2-7 business days from the date of dispatch, barring unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or natural disasters.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to most locations within India only and do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses or remote areas not serviced by our courier partners. We reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason. A full refund (of the payment) is initiated upon cancelation of an order by us.

Shipping Issues

We use third-party courier services for delivery, and while we don’t have direct control over their operations, we will try our best to deliver your order on time.
Contact us at anniespeak79@gmail.com if you experience any issues with the delivery of your order. We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue promptly.
Please use the correct shipping address and pin code to avoid inconvenience and delays. Please email us at anniespeak79@gmail.com immediately upon noticing a mistake with the shipping address. We will try to correct the address details before shipment, but we cannot change the address after dispatch.
If the order is undelivered or returned (to us) because of an incomplete or incorrect address with the wrong PIN code or customer refusal, we will contact you to resolve the issue.
A refund will be made after deducting INR 99 for the shipping charges incurred by us.
