Cancellation, Return, and Refund

We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have two days after receiving your item to request a return in case of a damaged, defective, or wrong item. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately or (at most) in two days if the item is defective, damaged, or not the one you ordered (wrong item) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

A returned item must be unsealed, unopened, in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. We will accept returns only after an approved request.

In case of a Damaged product

Annie’s Peak must be notified of damaged products within two (2) days from receipt via email at anniespeak79@gmail.com. A damaged product report must accompany the order number, an image of the outer box, and at least two (2) clear pictures of the damaged product from different vantage points. Having this information will help facilitate a faster resolution of the issue. 

We can only accept returns and replacements for the affected/damaged product in case of multiple products (in a shipment) or shipments. We generally respond to requests within three business days. Our team will provide you with any assistance you need afterward.

 

In Case of a Missing Product

Annie’s Peak must be notified of the missing product within two (2) days from delivery via email at anniespeak79@gmail.com. A missing item report must include the order number, at least one clear image of the outer box and two of the opened package, and a (not more than 30 seconds) video clip with the received products inside.

Having this information will facilitate faster resolution of the issue.

While we cannot process refunds, we will happily re-send the missing products at no additional cost to you. We generally respond to requests within three business days. Our team will provide you with any assistance you need afterward.

 

Non-returnable items

Certain items are non-returnable, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item. Because we ship perishable food items, we typically do not accept cancellations and returns or provide refunds once an order is confirmed. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We cannot accept returns due to a change of mind. 

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund for damaged, defective, or wrong product was approved. And if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, contact us at anniespeak79@gmail.com. 

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds due to a change of mind. We will not entertain a refund request if you receive the item(s) mentioned in the confirmation email or invoice. 

We will (however) refund the amount paid for an unavailable product.

 

Replacement in cases of Quality Concerns or Item Spoilage

Annie’s Peak must be notified of spoilt products within two days from delivery via email at anniespeak79@gmail.com. Please provide the following when reporting spoilage - order number, date of manufacture, batch number of the product, two images from different vantage points, and a minimum of one (not more than 30 seconds) video of the product.

You may experience slight differences in taste, texture, color, or aroma (from one batch to another) in the products because of the natural ingredients used. We are unable (therefore) to accept returns based on such variances. Uncompromising quality and use of the finest natural ingredients is “the Himalayan promise” we make to you.

We will go out of our way to find an agreeable and speedy resolution for any issues you may have with our products. We will replace any product that warrants such action at no additional cost. We promise to ensure a fair and equitable outcome for all parties involved. We generally respond to requests within three business days. Our team will provide you with any assistance you need afterward.

 

Cost of Returning an Item

We will bear the return shipment and logistics cost of damaged, defective, spoiled, and missing items, provided the returns are pre-approved by us. In all cases, Annie’s Peak (as the Seller) will work with the buyer to determine which party (whether the Seller or Buyer) will bear the logistics and shipping cost of the return. We will ensure to collect the necessary information and conduct a thorough review before initiating the return or processing a refund. 

 

Additional Information

We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason. Or request further information to complete the order. If the order, or a portion of it, is canceled, we will notify you promptly. You may expect a refund for the canceled part of the order within seven to ten (7-10) business days of the order.
